No. The $249 covers your Catera Health Assessment. Comprehensive laboratory testing is required separately.
What happens after my labs?
Your results are reviewed alongside your goals, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, training, and performance data. From there, you can continue with Medical Optimization + Oversight, with provider-directed treatment, or Catera Optimization for integrated medical and performance support.
Do I have to join Catera Optimization?
No. Catera Optimization is optional. Clients may continue with Medical Optimization + Oversight, with any treatment determined by a licensed provider.
How much is Catera Optimization?
Program options are discussed after your assessment and full-picture review, once we understand what is appropriate for you. Medication is billed separately.
Does Catera Optimization include medication?
No. Medication is billed separately based on the treatment prescribed.
Am I guaranteed medication?
No. Prescription treatment is determined by a licensed healthcare provider based on medical history, laboratory results, symptoms, evaluation, and clinical appropriateness.
What is Catera?
Catera is an integrated health and performance optimization system. We gather the complete picture, from bloodwork to training, and build one coordinated strategy around the outcome you want.
Do I need to know what treatment I need?
No. That is why we start with the data. Your assessment, labs, and review help determine what makes sense.
Is Catera a medical practice?
Catera provides health management, technology, and related support. Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
Who makes medical decisions?
Licensed healthcare professionals are solely responsible for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and prescribing decisions. Catera's non-clinical team does not prescribe medication.
I'm already on TRT. Can Catera help?
Yes. Many clients come to us already on treatment but not feeling optimal. We review the whole picture, and any treatment changes are determined by a licensed provider.
Can I use recent bloodwork?
Recent results may be reviewed, but your provider determines whether they are sufficient and current for medical decision-making.
How often will I repeat labs?
Timing is individualized based on your health, treatment plan, response, and relevant clinical guidance.
Do you offer weight-loss medication?
Providers may consider prescription metabolic treatment for eligible patients. Availability, eligibility, and recommendations vary.

How does prescription shipping work?
